Thank you for shopping with Haven. We want your order to arrive quickly, safely, and exactly as expected. Please read through our shipping policy below.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
During peak periods (holidays, sales events, new launches), processing may take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience.

Free standard shipping is available on all domestic orders over $75.
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase. Haven is not responsible for carrier delays outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website.
If you haven't received a tracking email within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at info@havenspace.store.
Shipping Carriers
Haven ships via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your order depends on your location and selected shipping method. Carrier selection is made at our discretion to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery.
PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Please allow additional time for delivery to these addresses. Expedited and Express shipping options may not be available for PO Boxes.
International Shipping
At this time, Haven ships within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — stay tuned.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Haven is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend:
Checking with neighbors or building management
Contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number
Reaching out to us at info@havenspace.store — we're happy to help investigate
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will work to make it right.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Haven is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@havenspace.store — we'll do our best to catch it before it ships, but cannot guarantee changes once an order is in processing.
